I've been spending part of the week contributing to the Teen Age project CBC has been rolling out this week; our regional site includes a piece I wrote about the startling drop in the number of teenagers over the last few decades. We've also posted an interactive quiz about teenagers in Newfoundland history. Have a poke around and let me know what you think.
It is awesome. I am listening to the radio interviews right now. I just discovered the web features in my morning click around before I got here.
And I saw the television spots the last couple of days and they have also been great. Especially the Katie Nicholson one.
When I saw the promos I thought it was going to be some cheesy Katie Couric waste of time thing. I have been really jaded by my American media over exposure, but this is a solid special - great journalism.
More web features in the future please! Keep up the great work.
That demographic graphic was really eye opening too!!

Thanks, Amy. And we're not done yet. We'll be posting more highlights from the series. Check back next week.

Thank you for such a sharing. This will help our teenagers from wasting their years and regretting later on. Keep inspiring.
